UV-vis-NIR Microspectrometers

UV-visible-NIR microspectrophotometer: an instrument designed to measure the UV-visible-NIR spectra of microscopic samples by transmittance, reflectance, polarization, fluorescence, and other types of luminescence. UV Microscopes
