A CRAIC Technologies™ microspectrophotometer is a purpose-built, integrated system that allows you to measure UV-visible-NIR range microspectra non-destructively and with little or no sample preparation. You can use them to measure the UV-visible-NIR range transmittance, absorbance, reflectance, polarization and fluorescence of sample areas smaller than a micron. They are also capable of non-destructive and non-contact colorimetry and thin film thickness measurement. In addition to microspectrophotometry they are also capable of digital imaging and some can even be equipped to perform UV or NIR microscopy.
