CRAIC Technologies is a scientific instrument manufacturing company specializing in UV-visible-NIR microscopy and microspectroscopy capital equipment.   Applications range from forensic analysis to thin film thickness measurements to pharmaceuticals to coal and steel.  Currently, our customers are government, universities, and industrial laboratories.  We are looking to expand into other scientific, industrial and medical markets and are looking for independent sales representatives to cover  Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, and Nevada.  We offer exclusive and protected territories.  To learn more about us and our products, please visit microspectra.com .

A. Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to self-generate leads and follow through with sales
  • Follow-up on any leads and prospects given
  • Face-to-face customer meetings and sales assistance
  • Must regularly visit customers and prospects in territories
  • Present full CRAIC product line with emphasis on features and benefits
  • Must be up-to-date on current research situations, and situations affecting related markets to our products
  • Help put together seminars for interested prospects in respective territory
  • Attend customer product installations
  • Post-sales follow up


B.  Requirements :

  • Is highly self-motivated and responsible
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must be familiar with capital equipment sales and processes for capital equipment sales
  • Must have a BS degree in a science or engineering field. Master or Ph.D. degree preferred
  • Must have a good understanding of optical microscopy and spectroscopy
  • Must have a good understanding of different types of scientific research
  • Must have proven track record for sales
